Factores asociados a hipertensión arterial en el Centro de Primer Nivel Prolongación Venezuela, Unidad Atención Primaria Mirador del Ozama II, periodo junio 2018 - junio 2019
Resumen
Con el propósito de determinar los los factores asociados al desarrollo de la Hipertensión Arterial Centro de Primer Nivel Prolongación Venezuela, en el Mirador del Ozama II, en el periodo junio 2017 - junio 2018. Se realizó en estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y fuente de datos retrospectivo de corte transversal, en donde se encontraron los siguientes hallazgos: El grado de hipertensión más frecuente fue el de Hipertensión grado II. El rango de edad más frecuente fueron los rangos de 50-59 años. En relación al sexo el femenino fue el más afectado. La localidad de donde más provenían la mayoría era Los Tres Brazos. Hubo antecedentes personales de hipertensión en la gran mayoría de los casos. Entre los antecedentes familiares más frecuentes se encontró que ambos padres en la mayoría de los casos. Entre los hábitos tóxicos el más frecuente fue el alcohol. En relación a los antecedentes patológicos el más frecuente fue el colesterol. El tratamiento para la mayoría de los usuarios fue farmacológicos con los de carácter antihipertensivos.
With the purpose of determining the ―factors‖ associated with the development of the ―Arterial Hypertension‖ First Level Center of the Venezuela Extension, in the Mirador del Ozama II, in the period August 2017 - August 2018. It was carried out in Quantitative, descriptive study and retrospective cross-sectional data source, where the following findings were found: The most frequent degree of hypertension was that of grade II hypertension. The most frequent age range was the ranges of 50-59 years. In relation to sex, the female was the most affected. The town where most came from was the Tres Brazos. There was a personal history of hypertension in the vast majority of cases. Among the most frequent family history it was found that both parents in most cases. Among the toxic habits the most frequent was alcohol. In relation to the pathological history, cholesterol was the most frequent. The treatment for most users was pharmacological with those of an antihypertensive nature.
