Incidencia de pacientes reintervenidos por la laparatomia exploratoria en el Hospital Salvador B. Gautier, en el período enero - diciembre 2017

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo retrospectivo con el objetivo de determinar la incidencia de pacientes reintervenidos por laparatomia exploratoria en el Hospital Salvador B. Gautier, en el período enero-diciembre 2017. Estuvo constituido por todos los pacientes que fueron atendidos en el departamento. La muestra estuvo constituida por 21 los pacientes que fueron reintervenidos por laparotomía exploratoria en dicho centro hospitalario en el mismo periodo de tiempo. En el período comprendido en el período enero-diciembre 2017.fueron realizadas 50 laparotomías exploratorias, de las cuales 21 fueron re intervenidas para un 4.2 por ciento. El 38.0 por ciento de los pacientes era mayor o igual de 70 años de edad. El 57.1 por ciento de las pacientes eran de sexo masculino. El 52.4 por ciento de los pacientes tuvo un tiempo de evolución de 4-6 días luego de la laparotomía. Según el tiempo de evolución, el 71.4 por ciento fue favorable; en 38.1 por ciento que fue favorable el tiempo fue de 4-6 días. El 52.4 por ciento de los pacientes tuvo un tiempo de intervención de 4-6 días. El 33.3 por ciento de los pacientes presentaron dolor abdominal en la reintervención. El 33.3 por ciento de los pacientes no presentaron órganos afectados. El 28.5 por ciento de los pacientes presentaron absceso como complicaciones. En cuanto a los tipos de hallazgos el 28.5 por ciento de los pacientes presentaron absceso. En cuanto a los hallazgos transquirúrgicos el 28.5 por ciento de los pacientes presentaron abscesos.

He was a retrospective observational, descriptive study with the objective of determining the incidence of patients repair by exploratory laparatomía in the Hospital Salvador B. Gautier, in the period January-December 2017. It was formed by all patients who were treated in the Department of surgery of the Hospital Dr. Salvador B. Gautier. The sample consisted of 21 patients who were repair by exploratory laparotomy in the hospital in the same period of time. During the period in the period January-December 2017.fueron made 50 exploratory laparotomy, of which 21 were re intervened for a 4.2 per cent. The 38.0 per cent of patients was greater than or equal to 70 years of age. The 57.1 percent of the patients were male. The 52.4 per cent of the patients took a 4-6 days after laparotomy evolution. According to the time of evolution, 71.4 per cent was favorable; in 38.1 per cent that was favorable weather was 4-6 days. The 52.4 percent of the patients had a time of 4-6 days. The 33.3 per cent of patients presented pain abdominal reoperation. The 33.3 per cent of the patients did not have affected organs. 28.5 per cent of the patients presented abscess complications.
