Comportamiento de los pacientes con enfermedad arterial oclusiva periférica con revascularización endovascular atendidos en el Hospital Docente Dr. Salvador B. Gautier en el periodo marzo 2019 – marzo 2020.
Abstract
La enfermedad arterial periférica es una de las afecciones más prevalentes y es habitual la coexistencia con enfermedad vascular en otras localizaciones. El diagnóstico precoz es importante para poder mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente y reducir el riesgo de eventos secundarios mayores, como pérdida de una extremidad, infarto agudo de miocardio o el ictus. Se describe del comportamiento de los pacientes con con revascularización endovascular atendidos en el Hospital Docente Dr. Salvador B. Gautier en el periodo marzo 2019 – marzo 2020. Se especifican las características socio demográficas de los pacientes revascularizados por vía endovascular en el periodo de estudio. Se identifica la presencia de factores de riesgo asociados a la enfermedad arterial oclusiva periférica. Se identifican los sectores anatómicos más afectados en los pacientes atendidos. Se especifica cual opción de revascularización endovascular se utiliza con más frecuencia. Se determina el comportamiento postquirúrgico inmediato tras la revascularización endovascular.
