Abstract
Se abordan la teoría lingüística de Wilhelm von Humboldt fundamentada por la idea de la lingüística general sobre la creencia en un funcionamiento semejante de la facultad del lenguaje en todos los pueblos, introduce una distinción entre la forma de una lengua y lo que domina su carácter, establece las reglas de la sintaxis y de la formación de palabras, expone la diferencia fundamental entre la percepción del habla y la percepción del sonido inarticulado, es considerado el fundador de la Filosofía del Lenguaje. Se analizan los aportes Benedetto Croce como representante del Idealismo filosófico en sus formas más extremistas, logra comprender la significación fundamental del lenguaje. Se examina la propuesta de Karl Vossler sobre el uso lingüístico analizando lo idiomáticamente correcto en lo lógicamente correcto, trata de descubrir la genealogía de los usos y de las comunidades lingüísticas. Se exponen los tipos fundamentales de discordancia entre el pensamiento y la expresión. Se examina la gramática psicológica e histórica, el gusto idiomático artístico del hablante, así como la lingüística Cartesiana. Se analiza la gramática práctica la cual trabaja al servicio de la lengua, la que enseña la técnica al servicio de la lengua como arte. Se define el lenguaje como una función vital del espíritu humano y de la sociedad debe ser estudiado biológicamente como función de la sociedad, para servir como instrumento del pensamiento y de la auto expresión libre.
