Abstract
Se hace referencia a estudios clínicos recientes que han reportado una reducción significativa en la incidencia de la hipertensión inducida por el embarazo después de la ingestión de dosis baja de aspirina. El efecto de 80 mg de ácido acetilsalicílico sobre la sensitividad vascular a la angiotensina exógena. Se examinan 13 pacientes embarazadas del “Hipertensina, Ciba Geigy Limited, Basilea,Suiza”. Se establece como tratamiento que una dosis baja de aspirina resultó en un aumento de la refractoriedad adquirida en el embarazo a la angiotensina. Se estima que los inhibidores de la prostaglandina a una dosis baja, pueden alterar el equilibrio entre el thromboxane y la prostaciclina en favor de esta última.
