Insuficiencia cardíacas, comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo, en la consulta privada, del Centro de Ginecología y Obstetricia, enero 2015 - diciembre 2016
Abstract
Se realizó de un estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal de recolección prospectiva, con el objetivo de conocer la insuficiencia cardiacas comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo en pacientes que asisten a la consulta privada de cardiología del Centro de Obstetricia y Ginecología, enero 2015-diciembre 2016. El universo estuvo representado por todos los paciente que asistieron la consulta privada. La muestra va a corresponder por 51 pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca sin importar el tiempo, la evolución y pronóstico. El 35.2 por ciento de los pacientes con insuficiencias cardiacas y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo tenían una edad de 60-69 años de edad. El 60.7 por ciento de los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiacas comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo eran del sexo masculino. El 84.3 por ciento de los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiacas comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo según su diagnóstico fue de falla cardiaca con fe reducida. El 86.2 por ciento de los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiacas comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo según su AP fue hipertensión arterial. El 39.2 por ciento de los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiacas comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo según su tiempo de evolución enfermedad fue de 1-5. El 42.6 por ciento de los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiacas comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo según sus síntomas al momento del diagnóstico fue disnea. El 54.9 por ciento de los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiacas comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo según su examen físico fue de edema. El 60.7 por ciento de los pacientes con insuficiencia cardiacas comorbilidades y su correlación con el tratamiento óptimo fueron otros.
An observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study of prospective collection was carried out, with the objective of knowing the heart failure comorbidities and its correlation with the optimal treatment in patients attending the private cardiology consultation of the Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology, January 2015- December 2016. The universe was represented by all the patients who attended the private consultation. The sample will correspond to 51 patients with heart failure regardless of time, evolution and prognosis. 35.2 percent of patients with heart failure and its correlation with optimal treatment were aged 60-69 years. 60.7 percent of patients with heart failure comorbidities and their correlation with optimal treatment were male. 84.3 percent of patients with heart failure comorbidities and their correlation with the optimal treatment according to their diagnosis was heart failure with reduced faith. 86.2 percent of patients with heart failure comorbidities and their correlation with the optimal treatment according to their AP was arterial hypertension. 39.2 percent of patients with heart failure comorbidities and their correlation with the optimal treatment according to their disease evolution time was 1-5. 42.6 percent of patients with heart failure comorbidities and their correlation with the optimal treatment according to their symptoms at the time of diagnosis was dyspnea. 54.9 percent of patients with heart failure comorbidities and their correlation with the optimal treatment according to their physical examination was edema. 60.7 percent of patients with heart failure comorbidities and their correlation with optimal treatment were others.
