Discapacidad y calidad de vida en pacientes diagnosticados con trastorno esquizofrénico que acuden a la consulta del hospital doctor salvador bienvenido gautier. Junio, 2022- noviembre, 2022.
Abstract
En el área sanitaria, la Organización Mundial de la Salud describe la calidad de vida como la percepción del individuo de su posición en la vida, en el contexto de su cultura y valores, y en relación con sus objetivos, expectativas, estándares y preocupaciones. Se comprueba la calidad de vida y discapacidad en los últimos 30 días en los pacientes diagnosticados con trastorno esquizofrénico que acuden a la consulta del hospital Dr. Salvador Bienvenido Gautier Junio-noviembre 2022. Se desarrolla una investigación descriptiva, observacional, prospectiva y transversal con 50 pacientes en total que estuvieron acordes con los criterios de inclusión. Se aplican tres encuestas con los pacientes donde se recopiló las respuestas de los cuestionarios WHODAS 2.0 Auto administrable de 36 preguntas, WHOQOL-BREF, y un cuestionario donde se recopilo información personal como edad, sexo, estado civil, terapéutica, tiempo aproximado del diagnóstico, entre otras informaciones. Según las respuestas del cuestionario donde a mayor cantidad de puntos mayor calidad de vida, según el WHOQOL-BREF nos dio como resultado de media un total de 79.8. Y según la escala de WHODAS 2.0 nos dio una media de 69.3-. Se obtiene como resulatdo que mayor grado de discapacidad entre 51 y 75 fue un 46 por ciento en una muestra de 23 pacientes y el menor grado fue entre 0 a 25 que arrojo un 0 por ciento. Según las respuestas del cuestionario donde a mayor cantidad de puntos, mayor calidad de vida, según el WHOQOL-BREF este va desde 1-130 y nos dio como resultado un total de 79.8 de media, este resultado nos da entender que más de la mitad de los pacientes gozan de una buena calidad de vida.
