Abstract
Se relacionan los factores de riesgos principales que pueden provocar ataques al corazón entre los que se encuentran: hiperlipidemia, hábito de fumar e hipertensión. Se presenta información sobre una droga muy conocida y utilizada para reducir los lípidos plasmáticos, o sea, el colesterol y/o triglicéridos su nombre es Clofibrato. Se explica la correlación entre los niveles de colesterol y el desarrollo de enfermedad isquémica coronaria.
