Diagnóstico y manejo de los pacientes que presentaron sintomatología sugestiva de Dengue, Chicungunya y Zika en atención primaria del Hospital Central de las Fuerzas Armadas, 2015 - 2018
Resumen
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo y de corte transversal con el
objetivo de verificar el diagnóstico y el manejo que se les dio a los pacientes que
con sintomatología de Dengue, Chicungunya y Zika en Atención Primaria del
Hospital Central de Las Fuerzas Armadas entre el 2015-2018. El universo estuvo
constituido por 405 pacientes con sintomatología de Dengue, Chicungunya y Zika y
la muestra fue de 66 pacientes positivos al Dengue, Chicungunya y Zika. Se
reporta que el 51.5 por ciento de los casos fueron confirmados como Dengue un
39.4 por ciento como Chicungunya y el 9.1 por ciento como Zika, el 51.5 por ciento
correspondió al sexo masculino, un 30.3 por ciento se hallaron entre 30-39 años,
un 66.7 por ciento procedía de la zona rural, la cefalea estuvo presente en el 81.8
por ciento de los pacientes, seguida por un 47 por ciento correspondiente a
rash/exantema, el 9.1 por ciento fue ingresados, mientras que el 90.9 por ciento
fue tratado ambulatoriamente y el 15.1 por ciento presentó dolor como secuela. It was a descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional study was conducted with the objective of verifying the diagnosis and management that were given to patients who presented symptoms of Dengue, Chicungunya and Zika in Primary Care of the Central Hospital of the Armed Forces between 2015 -2018. The universe consisted of 405 patients with symptoms of Dengue, Chicungunya and Zika and the sample was 66 positive patients for Dengue, Chicungunya and Zika. It is reported that 51.5 percent of the cases were confirmed as Dengue 39.4 percent as Chicungunya and 9.1 percent as Zika, 51.5 percent corresponded to the male sex, 30.3 percent were between 30-39 years, a 66.7 percent came from the rural area, headache was present in 81.8 percent of the patients, followed by 47 percent corresponding to rash / rash, 9.1 percent were admitted, while 90.9 percent were treated out patiently and 15.1 percent presented pain as a sequel.
