I. An observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study of prospective data collection was carried out, with the aim of determining the correlation between cytology, colposcopy and histopathology in patients older than 15 years who attended the cervical pathology consultation at the Women's Hospital Dominican The universe was made up of 366 patients who went to the neck pathology clinic, for the sample a total of 130 patients were selected who went to the clinic for the purpose of performing said tests or having the results of them during the period June-August 2019 . Of the total sample, 32 percent of the patients were aged between 30-39 years, 56 percent were unemployed, the level of secondary schooling was 62 percent. Regarding the risk factors, 81 percent of the patients confirmed having had the beginning of sexual intercourse before the age of 20 and 76 percent having had 3 or more sexual partners throughout their lives. Regarding the most frequent histological findings, LIEBG was 51 percent, colposcopic findings showed 81 percent suggestive of low-grade intraepithelial lesions, while in histopathology 76 percent presented an CIN I. Regarding the relation of cytological, colposcopic and histological findings, 51 percent of patients who presented CIN I in cytological findings, 42 percent reported colposcopic findings suggestive of LIEBG, while 42.7 percent found histopathological findings.
