Resumen
Es un estudio, descriptivo, prospectivo, transversal que se llevó a cabo en el hospital Dr. Salvador B. Gautier en el 2017 la aplicación de la Evaluación D.A.S.H traducido post reparación de los tendones flexores de la mano en el departamento de Cirugía Plástica, Reconstructiva y estética en el Hospital Doctor Salvador B. Gautier. Enero-Julio, 2017. Según D.A.S.H, el 34.4 por ciento de los pacientes presentaron una puntuación entre 50-59 (escala de 0-100. A mayor número, mayor discapacidad).Según módulo de deporte con el D.A.S.H, el 17.2 por ciento de los pacientes presentaron puntuación entre 80-89. Según D.A.S.H el 26.6 por ciento de los pacientes tuvo una puntuación entre 80-89, en el módulo laboral.El 40.6 por ciento de los pacientes tenía entre 30-39 años de edad.El sexo masculino fue más frecuentemente afectado con un 62.5 por ciento.El 70.3 por ciento de los pacientes era de procedencia urbana.En cuanto a la ocupación, el 35.9 por ciento de los pacientes era trabajadores independientes.En cuanto a la cantidad de dedos lesionados, el 29.7 por ciento de los pacientes tenía 5 dedos lesionados.El 51.6 por ciento de los pacientes tenía la mano la lesión en la mano derecha.Referente a la mano dominante, el 87.5 de los pacientes tenía la mano derecha.De los pacientes con la mano derecha afectada, el 33.3 por ciento tenía entre 50-59 años de edad y de los pacientes con la mano izquierda afectada, el 21.9 por ciento tenía entre 30-39 años.
